Romy Ladero, Ph. D.Chief Executive OfficerCEO Romy Ladero came from a priviledged family, her father upstarting JR T.R.A.D.E. for the same reasons she works in it, for public betterment. She has bachelor's degrees in journalism and psychology. She also has a doctorate degree in law. Ladero has a comical character, her intrinsic personality a great advantage in the investing realm. She got her father's caring personality and her intelligence from her father. She wrote in her college years and she wrote well, though she was an even better conversationist. Ladero found interest in people and their individual lives, working as a journalist in a then sister company of JR T.R.A.D.E. (not wanting her success to come from her father). He passed away only two years after the firm was made and she made her way to the communication offices of her late father's company. The business was under an undecided Chief Executive Officer because her late father's partner, John Bernardy, refused to take his position. The company fell slightly but it was not until she held that position after three years in the corporate offices that it rose to its most prominent success.

Joey Bernardy Ph. D.Chief Financial OfficerBefore gaining his bachelor's in journalism and Ph. D. in economics, Joey worked on his own on the streets as a freelance muckraker, not showing any interest in his father's love for finance, also feeling that his firm was not doing enough. After seeing the work the firm had done in its first three years, he had a change of heart and he worked for JR T.R.A.D.E. as an economist. He stood by in the corporate offices until his father stepped down on his CFO position. He did not take the open job, however, finding a job in the communication and relation sector of the company because of his lacking interest in the corporal realm. Joey became one of the company's finest coordinators and adivsors before he finally took the position of CFO after Romy took CEO, knowing that their similar beliefs and personalities will allow them both to make decisions on their own. As CFO, he makes the calls on financial shares and is half of the decision in making investments. His experience muckraking the streets also gives JR T.R.A.D.E. a firsthand resource of life on the commons, a connection that brought the firm to its peak. The Great Depression sparked his motivation and also became the disaster that kickstarted everyone else under his leadership.
